The deal
nonstopp is a journey planner and notification service for Sydney public transport. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it.
§02
No warranty
Transit data is provided by Transport for NSW and third parties. We do our best to surface it accurately and on time, but we can't guarantee a service runs when the feed says it will. Don't use nonstopp as the sole basis for time-critical travel decisions.
§03
Beta
During the beta period, features may change or be removed without notice.
§04
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: don't hammer the API, don't attempt to break authentication, don't use it to scrape transit data for redistribution.
§05
Liability
nonstopp is provided as-is. We're not liable for missed trains, missed meetings, or anything else that results from using or relying on the service.
